As part of this month’s Culture Chart initiative, we successfully conducted the 10X Techie Quest, an internal technical challenge designed to inspire innovation, strengthen engineering capabilities, and encourage continuous learning across our teams.

The event brought together employees from diverse technology domains, including AI Engineering, Data Engineering, JavaScript, Web Design, and various other tech teams. Employees engaged in a series of carefully curated technical challenges that tested their analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, domain expertise, and creativity within various time-bound activities.

More than a competition, 10X Techie Quest served as a platform for knowledge sharing and collaboration. SPANians explored different approaches to solving technical problems, exchanged ideas with peers, and learned from one another’s perspectives.
