He is one of the key persons at SPAN playing a critical role in upholding the Quality metrics for a line of Products. More than just titles and timelines, Andros embodies the true spirit of SPAN.

He joined to be part of a 10-member team as QA Engineer, and today, with SPAN, he has grown to Senior Manager – Quality Assurance, handling a team of 60 members. We have grown to a Great Team with 500+ Employees in Total. His own growth mirrors the Company’s rise.

“I began my career at Span Technology Services as a QA Engineer in 2012, when our Coimbatore team had just 10 members with a modest space with big dreams. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work on more than 10 projects, many of which were critical and high-impact.

As Span Technology expanded from a small office on the ground floor to a multi-level software company, my role also grew. I took on key responsibilities such as ensuring the quality and stability of high-priority projects, leading automation and process improvements, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance software delivery, mentoring new team members, and defining QA strategies.

From being part of a small 10-member team to leading QA in a growing company, my journey at Span Technology Services has been filled with a challenging atmosphere with learning and growth. I look forward to continuing this journey, embracing new technologies and challenges, and contributing to the company’s future success. “ – Andros Vijay
