Starting in 2014 as a Trainee to a Tech leader in 2025,  he took on bigger challenges, honed his skills and fostered innovation. He set out with Curiosity and Determination, transforming his career and also the Technological Growth at SPAN. From writing codes to driving Technical Strategies, his story is a testament to how Passion, perseverance, and the right environment can fuel incredible growth. Prasanth joined SPAN as a fresher in 2014. Over a decade in SPAN, his valuable skill set has been benefiting SPAN relentlessly in Programming, Analysis, and Problem Solving, and R&D, and he has acquired a key position as Assistant VP – Technology and Engineering.

Over 11 years of Experience, he has been in different roles, from solving complex problems and optimizing solutions to building new features and Applications and contributing to strategic product improvements. Today, as Assistant Vice President of Technology and Engineering,  Prasanth P K is driving a Huge Team of 10X Techies at SPAN, driving Innovation & Excellence. SPAN always stands by people who embrace challenges, stay curious and continuously evolve to take up new challenges. With a big picture in mind, he started driving the Technical decisions and ensuring seamless Project Executions. 

Prasanth was a core member of SPAN to bring a pivotal transition – leading from the front, defining Tech Roadmaps, and ensuring high-performing Engineering Teams to deliver impactful solutions. A well-earned Leadership role as Assistant Vice President – Technology & Engineering, fostering Innovation, Driving scalable Growth and bringing up the Future – Ready solutions at SPAN.
